In What We Believe

Our communication and relationship with clients are very important to us. That is a reason why we hold on to our beliefs. We also trust in our beliefs very firmly - we have seen over time that relationships with our clients are much better because of that.

We have come to this beliefs thru our life experience and our experience with clients & other agencies. Someone could say that this beliefs are in fact life "motto's" and he, or she, could be right. Because, some of you will recognize this as something that you are upholding to in your daily life.

Those beliefs are:

Acquire more knowledge
Do not believe everything
Honesty above all else

Acquiring more knowledge (makes you better)

Trick to learning is not that you will understand new things but the trick is that you will be starting asking more questions about things you still do not know. Desire to learn new things is one of most important driving force in humanity. Because, thru learning new knowledge we are also trying to resolve some of the mysteries in the world. If you do not know how to even ask a question, then how will you even solve the problem/learn new things?
Learning thru life experience or thru books is in the end the same - you will end up with something new that you did not know before. This new knowledge can even make you better in solving your old problems/tasks/jobs.

Do not believe everything

Unfortunately, we live in a world, or should we say in age were anybody can write something and publish it online without even checking if all the facts are true. Did you know that around 20% of all information on Wikipedia is false?
Users of internet (in lacking of better term) must learn that everything they read on world wide web must take with grain of salt. From time to time we are encountering articles that are giving false advice - are they doing it on purpose or because of they own lack of knowledge - we do not know.
One of surest actions in checking if something is true or not - is to ask more question and do a research on that topic. You never know, maybe it will reveal something that you even did not know existed. And , in a way, we are returning to number one - question everything and learn new knowledge that will make you better.

Honesty above all else

There are agencies that are teaching their employees that laying to clients is a normal thing. This is completely wrong! There should always be complete honesty between client and agency (or whoever is agency working with). There is simple fact - lie will always become evident. It doesn't matter when will lie be discovered because you simply can not hide lie.
If client website is poor in design, generally lacking in good user experience, his prices are too big for him to be competitive - he must know it immediately. If this information is not revealed to client then no matter how good your marketing campaign is - there will be no results.
In a way we are again returning to number one - learning everything that can be of help for you, personally or officially - it can only help you be the best as you can. Being honest to clients and yourself is another way of becoming more better.
